Massacre

Keep music evil – Brian Johnstown Massacre, with “Thoughts of you” they accomplish that, with a track dark enough that doesn’t get too pretty or clean on us.

I wish I was Sissy

September 21st, 2009

….”I’m constantly trying to challenge myself, my music and my live-shows. Right now I find myself in a world of cheap synthesizers, toy organs and fuzz-guitars. I just ate up my band and put them in a box, so I could afford to go on a tour in America. So suddenly I turned out to be a purely electronic duo from Mars, and the respond from the crowd was fantastic, enormous, x-large”….
Watch her live in Brooklyn, the truely amazing fresh sound of Sissy Wish

ARMS

September 21st, 2009

guys at Bighassle are working real hard. I love what they are doing and the wonderful projects they are promoting. One of them is the project of Todd Goldstein, guitarist for the Brooklyn band The Harlem shakes. This venture, as I was told, started as a lofi bedroom recording, but got great response and turned to a full touring band and a proper release by Gigantic music. Check out Construcion, my favorite track on the album, although it is not the “hit”.
