A place to bury strangers

January 11th, 2012

Life on the road of A place to bury strangers is being documented by Instagram photos folks. ‘So far away’ is a real cool song accompanied by a killer video, and these guys are on the rise, so you’d better catch them on tour with Joy Formidable. ‘Onwards To The Wall’ LP is out, February 7 on Dead oceans. Tour date information HERE.

One Body

January 7th, 2012

Sons of an Illustrious Father second full-length album, ‘One Body’, was released on November 9th, 2011, and is available now on their Bandcamp. SOAIF is a five-piece band from the Hudson Valley. There are combining traditional folk, blues, country, and early gospel forms with punkish raw drive and performance, distinctly American. Love the album’s opener.

Where is my heart

January 7th, 2012

This is such a beautiful soundtrack and I know you are not going to believe me it’s a computer game soundtrack. Sounds so pure. It is by Alessandro Coronas and the name of the game is ‘Where is my heart’. Been in the countryside today and the soundtrack on repeat on my iPod. This is one of the sights while listening. Got some for ya.
