After a long night of critical graphic design issue solving, and 6 long months of editing, my Berlin Wall2Wall is finally prepared to go to print. This is what the foreword says:

‘I spent a long weekend in Berlin to explore the local indie music scene on the 20th anniversary of the razing of the Wall. I was afraid the city would have lost the roughness I imagined once existed before I got a chance to be a part of it – I had heard it was changing rapidly, mainly as a result of the rising cost of living, which was having a direct impact on the ability of struggling artists to create and experiment, and ultimately survive. I was amazed to see how cutting edge it still is.

During the day time I walked around the city with my tiny Nikon camera in an attempt to capture the industrial and ragged face of this gray yet vibrant city. I have decided to publish this lofi collection – a visual memoir of a short time spent that I can’t forget. I hope that I have been able to convey to you the darkness and light that make this city so colorful. Enjoy.’
