Anya Skidan can surly write songs. Again, it takes me to the subjects of the previous posts today, and to the main thing they got in common. They could write some real great songs, and they don’t need the maneuvers. It seems like Brooklyn based Anya Skidan got it all. The looks, the talent, and the ability to enhance her straight forward beautiful tunes with a remarkable performance. I really enjoy listening to ‘Hidden treasures’ and if you like, and you are in the New York area these days, be sure to catch her in 2 days at the Bowery Electric (July 26th).
