I love this song, and I thank Richard for bringing me in.”

I love these 2 covers of those great songs: “Just like heaven” originally by the Cure and “Powderfinger” by Neil Young. The covers performed by identical twins from Kentucky called The Watson Twins.From Kentucky they had moved to Silverlake, Los Angeles, a neighborhood that cultivated artists like Beck, Rilo Kiley and Elliot Smith. In 2006 the Watsons and Jenny Lewis (Rilo Kiley) have released “Rabbit Fur coat”.
Their self release EP “Southern manners” had elevated them to the major league and they had started performing at festivals like SXSW and Pop Montreal. “Fire songs” , their first LP was recorded ( Analogue by the way ) at 2007, and is being released these days by Vanguard records.
