January 15th, 2011

Our old buddy cheapo lofi master Dan Deacon is set to score New Francis Ford Coppola film. We wrote about Bromst awhile back and just as a reminder stream Wet wings Here.

As the newsletter states, “Dan Deacon has been tapped by Francis Ford Coppola to score his next film, Twixt Now and Sunrise, due later this year. The gothic romance stars Val Kilmer, Bruce Dern, Ben Chaplin & Elle Fanning. In addition to scoring the film, Mr. Coppola and Mr. Deacon are collaborating on a larger level, details of which will be announced soon”.

Bromst

March 24th, 2009

This is a documentary about the making of Bromst, the brand new Dan Deacon`s killer album. Shot in the beautiful state of Montana in Snow ghost studios, incredible looking house in the woods, located above a lake, is an inspiring choice for music making. I am bringing you this 4 part documentary, produced by Pitchfork TV that enables you to watch the making of this elaborate recording project, full of technical challenges.
