Here Comes the Sun…Glitters

December 15th, 2012

Who are we to write about Sun Glitters??? So F..you. This B side is awesome my friends, “Tight,” from 7″ on Lefse.

November 9th, 2012

It is Friday afternoon in Tel Aviv. When the weather is nice like today, those are the coffee shops hours. Fully packed. Only difference from back in the days, when I was a lot younger, that nowdays, everyone seems to be so busy using his smartphone, Laptop, Tablet, totally ignoring his companions. Me too. No exception here…Equipped with my laptop, Smatphone, headphones. Totally isolated from the outside world, listening to the new Sun Glitters single. Man, I love this guy and his sound, so sweet, a perfect balance of the raggedy and pretty..Sun Glitters is releasing a 7″ as part of the Lefse single series. Preorder it HERE.

Cant you see?

If Sun Glitters and many others choose LA singer Steffaloo for their projects, we are in. Regardless to the nature of their electronic productions, she prefers simple folk instrumentation for her own music.

Believe feat. Steffaloo

April 4th, 2011

It`s the 2nd track we receive of this talented electronic musician/ producer to come out of Portugal. This track is a Sun Glitters remix, which definitely deserves your attention. Bruno Miguel`s project/ band is titled Papercutz…”Papercutz is about adventurous pop music. One of the few groups to come out of Portugal into the international independent electronic music scene, they pursue a balance between acoustic and electronic sounds on instrumental and vocal tracks”….

Everything could be fine

March 23rd, 2011

Those of you who appreciate Burial or Hyperdub awesome releases, would definitely enjoy listening to ‘Everything could be fine’ by Sun Glitters. Check out the killer sub they use on Beside me and throughout. This record is a killer, with the sparse arrangement, hazy voices, and the ssssound of it.
